Our workshops are some of our more cost effective options and are a great way to start or continue on your path towards self mastery and self-exploration.

Specific objectives

Our workshops are designed with specific objectives in mind; towards multidimensional wellbeing, health, happiness, connection and peak performance and adventurous and energised living. I have created them with up to date and relevant positive psychology theory and using engaging exercises from my years of facilitation experience and my multidimensional approach to wellbeing.

Fun, dynamic, immersive

I love facilitating workshops as they are a dynamic, fun and immersive process that takes a deep dive into our inner worlds, our bodies and how we view the world and ourselves in it. You will meet like minded people who will support you in the learning process, and become your Wellbeing Explorers community.

Real transformation

You will leave the workshops with new knowledge, skills, experience and practical exercises to implement in you life. They are a fantastic experience filled with positive energy, with a community of like-minded people who provide a powerful space for self-exploration and personal growth. We have had Wellbeing Explorers attend our courses from across the world; Nepal, Bolivia, Italy, Australia, Ireland, UK, USA, The Netherlands, Spain, India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh…it is amazing to see this tribe of people come together, be vulnerable, open and celebrate our common humanity and explore our wellbeing.

You will leave your course or workshop with fierce friends and part of a wider tribe of people sending you love, light and powerful positive vibes across the oceans and mountains of this vast, beautiful planet.

Schedule & venue

You will see that there are scheduled events which run online and in person, however, if you have a group that you wish me to run a workshop with; let me know, and we will discuss options. Some workshops are one day or only a few hours. Look into each workshop to see what suits your schedule, and check out our events page for a calendar.

Venues are chosen to be comfortable, spacious and accessible (usually with access to being outside) Joining our online workshops is another great way to learn and explore your wellbeing in the comfort of your own home.

Explore your Multidimensional Wellbeing

Duration: 1 day

Topics: multidimensional approach to wellbeing, multidimensional model of wellbeing, setting intention, goals, goal theory, wellbeing vs wellness, creating daily practices, micro and macro wellbeing

This workshop teaches you the skills to begin your exploration with multidimensional wellbeing. We look at the Wellbeing Explorers Model of Multidimensional Wellbeing and discuss the research around the importance of a multidimensional approach. We will learn wellbeing check in’s, look at how to implement daily practices, and view and incorporate macro level wellbeing objectives.

This workshop will include formulating goals, setting intentions and explore ways to keep commitment, passion and engagement towards goal attainment.

Mission Self: Write your mission statement

Duration: 2 days

Topics: self-awareness, intentional living, best possible self, purpose, goal setting, goal theory

This connection self session workshop focuses on using our values, strengths and interests towards a connected, intentional and energised you. A deep dive into you at your best.

We will focus on:

  • Our values

  • Our strengths

  • Our interests

  • We will put this altogether at the end to create our mission statements. This is our intention for how we want to engage in this world.

Mind over Matter

Duration: 1 day

Topics: emotion regulation, thought regulation, energy, interaction of mind and body.

Break free from your overthinking, emotional mind. Learn mind-control. Our thoughts and emotions are so important to our mental and physical health. However, we have never actually been taught how to manage them. I have distilled years of learning and self-exploration into a one day workshop which will allow you to take control of your mind and help you on the journey to self-mastery, peak performance and multdimensional wellbeing. We weave ancient knowledge with modern science to gain practical exercises to continue your exploration of your mind and put the energy towards things that matter. This is particularly useful workshop if you are an empath or highly-sensitive person.

Self-care for Wellbeing Explorers

Duration: 1/2 day and 1 day programmes

Topics: self-care, multidimensional approach to wellbeing, wellness, check in’s, multidimensional model of wellbeing, self-compassion, self-awareness.

Self-care is important. We are overstimulated, over-stressed and overthinkers. In this workshop you will learn techniques to implement in your self-care practice. We will start with raising awareness and how to tune in to your mind, body and environment through our Wellbeing Explorer check ins. We will discuss self-compassion and it’s importance in self-care. Then we will learn meditations, yoga routines, self-massaging techniques and activities for your mind. You will come away with practical exercises, and meet like-minded people who like you, prioritise self-care.

Adventurous and Energised Living

Duration: 1 day

Topics: energy theory, adventure, being in nature, reframing narratives, self-limiting beliefs, overcoming mental blocks, goal setting, goal theory.

Do you want more excitement, vitality and exploration in your life? This is the workshop for you. We look at our limiting beliefs, blocks and definitions around adventure, look at how to get outside more, what micro-adventures and a ‘weekend warrior’ attitude can do for us, and demystify energy, learning what the science says about how to supercharge our lives. We use this new knowledge in goal and intention setting exercises and reflect on how we want to invite adventure, in its many and diverse forms, into our lives. You will leave this workshop feeling full of energy, with direction and passion for continuing the journey, one adventure at a time.

Self-compassion: superhero superpower

Duration: 2 days

Topics: self-compassion, self-kindness, mindfulness, common humanity, group sharing, emotion regulation, thought regulation, befriending ourselves, self-love, empathy

This workshop focuses on what we all struggle with; self-compassion. We will explore the components of self-compassion (self-kindness, mindfulness & common humanity) and learn practices and meditations for you to implement in your life. This is an intense process which is designed to give you space to start having a loving conversation with yourself, to become an inner ally. You will be supported by me and your fellow Wellbeing Explorers, and appreciated for your vulnerability.
