Our workshops are some of our more cost effective options and are a great way to start or continue on your path towards self mastery and self-exploration.
Specific objectives
Our workshops are designed with specific objectives in mind; towards multidimensional wellbeing, health, happiness, connection and peak performance and adventurous and energised living. I have created them with up to date and relevant positive psychology theory and using engaging exercises from my years of facilitation experience and my multidimensional approach to wellbeing.
Fun, dynamic, immersive
I love facilitating workshops as they are a dynamic, fun and immersive process that takes a deep dive into our inner worlds, our bodies and how we view the world and ourselves in it. You will meet like minded people who will support you in the learning process, and become your Wellbeing Explorers community.
Real transformation
You will leave the workshops with new knowledge, skills, experience and practical exercises to implement in you life. They are a fantastic experience filled with positive energy, with a community of like-minded people who provide a powerful space for self-exploration and personal growth. We have had Wellbeing Explorers attend our courses from across the world; Nepal, Bolivia, Italy, Australia, Ireland, UK, USA, The Netherlands, Spain, India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh…it is amazing to see this tribe of people come together, be vulnerable, open and celebrate our common humanity and explore our wellbeing.
You will leave your course or workshop with fierce friends and part of a wider tribe of people sending you love, light and powerful positive vibes across the oceans and mountains of this vast, beautiful planet.
Schedule & venue
You will see that there are scheduled events which run online and in person, however, if you have a group that you wish me to run a workshop with; let me know, and we will discuss options. Some workshops are one day or only a few hours. Look into each workshop to see what suits your schedule, and check out our events page for a calendar.
Venues are chosen to be comfortable, spacious and accessible (usually with access to being outside) Joining our online workshops is another great way to learn and explore your wellbeing in the comfort of your own home.
