Mission Self: Write your mission statement
Duration: 2 days
The workshop includes:
Workshops
Group coaching
Supported solo self-reflection
Objectives
This workshop will provide you with the tools to reflect on what your driving forces are and what your purpose is. You will create a mission statement which will be a guiding document to help formulate your goals, give you clarity, focus and motivation, and help support decisions you make.
This workshop is about getting you the information you need to be connected, switched on to your authentic self and what is going to motivate you to action and perseverance. A deep dive into you at your best. We are not taught the skills to truly connect in and know who we are, why we do the things we do, and how to flourish and thrive, or just figure out what we want.
We will focus on:
Your values
Your strengths
Your interests
You will put this altogether at the end to create your mission statements. This is your intention for how we want to engage in this world. Your mission statement will be around 100 words and support you towards your highest potential and connected and energised self.
Happiness, connection to self, living with purpose and intention
An intensive personal deep dive to get a detailed understanding and gain knowledge of our authentic selves through exploring our values, strengths and interests
Learn how we can use these to be our best, make decisions, guide our behaviour, engage fully in our lives and live with purpose
Have our values, strengths and interests written down to refer back to again and again
Create a mission statement; our life’s guiding principles.
