Corporate self-care day and mindfulness
The research is clear: self-care in the workplace is extremely important for workplace happiness and performance. Let your team know how much you value them by treating them to a day of self-care. You will relax and enjoy with yoga sessions and massage, and learn how to take care of yourself during the working day, through activities like wellbeing check-in’s, ‘desk yoga’ and mindfulness. Your team will learn the science behind wellbeing at work and how to be advocates for their own health and happiness.
Team building
Team building is a fantastic way to get your team having fun and learning together in an energetic way. We have a huge database of activities which will challenge and engage your people.
We will work with you to design a programme that fulfils your objectives and gets everyone engaged, towards objectives like building trust, effective communication, listening skills, giving and receiving feedback and much more. Multidimensional Wellbeing in the workplace workshop
Multidimensional Wellbeing in the workplace is an interactive workshop that teaches you the science of wellbeing and how to use this towards happiness, health, engagement and peak performance at work. Burnout is a huge issue in today’s workplace; you will learn how to incorporate daily and long term wellbeing practices to ensure you are operating at optimal.
Sports Massage
Wellbeing Specialist Emma is a qualified, insured and highly experienced sports massage therapist. She can come to your office and provide treatments to your teams.
Massage is an extraordinary healer - treat your employees to a blissful and relaxing break and show them how much you appreciate them.
For corporate clients head and neck massages are popular, as well as lower leg and feet (this doesn’t require getting undressed and on the table). However, I have a fully mobile set up so can bring the massage table to your workplace!
Outdoor Activities
Wellbeing Explorers uses outdoor education, adventure sports and wilderness expeditions with corporate groups to provide adventurous, challenging and transformative experiences.
Exploring nature, engaging in challenging activities that may be uncomfortable and move you out of your comfort zone are incredible learning environments for teams.
This works best with small teams and can involve wild camping in the Irish mountain wilderness, rock climbing and so much more.
