*Note, if you are interested in your team receiving massages it usually works best for us to come to over two or more days as massages are time consuming. See example itinerary 1 for the workshops and yoga sessions. Massages work best for smaller teams for example of up to 8 people, and the most popular options are for Indian head massage and lower leg/ foot as people do not need to get undressed or shower afterwards. However, it is possible for full body massages as I am fully mobile, so can bring the massage table to your workplace.
Additionally, we can add self-massage techniques into the programme and teach your employees to self-massage during the day as part of their restorative practice.
