She has stories of overcoming adversity, adventure, engaging with remote and diverse cultures and how to use positive psychology and coaching psychology towards happiness, health and peak performance and adventurous and energised living.
I have lived somewhat of a “hero’s journey”…
I translate my adventurous, exciting life experiences, journey through illness and adversity, and knowledge of positive psychology to audiences of all sizes, ages and backgrounds.

Multidimensional wellbeing
This is my specialist subject, and one I am most passionate about. We will discuss the importance of multidimensional wellbeing and the impact it has had on my happiness, health and performance. I can share my experiences of working in this way and how I use a mixture of professional competencies which help me stay happy, healthy and performing at my peak. We will discuss how you can implement daily practices, set intentions and change your behaviour towards your exploration of multidimensional wellbeing. This talk is engaging and you will come away with practical knowledge and exercises to implement in your life and work.
Positive Psychology
Is there an area in positive psychology you are interested in your group/ team/ event learning about? I can facilitate talks on a wide range of topics from flow, to goal attainment to self-mastery.
These topics are best explored in a workshop setting as we can make it interactive. You will come away with practical exercises, knowledge and insight of the science and yourself.
Wellbeing Explorers
In this talk I take you on my adventures around the world engaging with remote, diverse and indigenous cultures, from master Shamans in Peru, to nomadic reindeer herders in Siberia, to Sherpa in the Nepal Himalaya. We learn about how other cultures and people view and explore their wellbeing. I share how I engage with people in a connected and empathetic way, across language and cultural barriers. This talk is an adventure, an exploration and an insightful and compassionate engagement with other cultures and people. The main message is that whilst we have vastly different cultures and language, humans are interconnected through our values and compassion.

My Lifelong Exploration: from despair and chronic fatigue to extraordinary
I have always known I wanted to be extraordinary, but for the majority of my twenties, my mental and physical health got in the way. After almost three years of living with chronic fatigue syndrome, I taught myself to be happy, healthy and operating at my peak. I use these skills now to teach other people self-mastery and how to live an adventurous and energised life.
I have cultivated the life I have always wanted. My passions have become my purpose and I live simply, and connected with myself, my loved ones and the environment.
My tale is one of desperation, learning, adventure and lifelong exploration. I will motivate your group/ team/ event towards multidimensional wellbeing and to be excited, energised and engaged in the journey.
