Expeditions
From two days to two weeks, we have something for everyone in our expeditions; from transformational wilderness self-exploration to challenging objectives, to rejuvenating retreats.
Expedition objectives
Our expeditions are designed to facilitate powerful and transformational learning and exploration. We have a talented, experienced and well qualified team of inspiring individuals who work to support you to realise your wellbeing and expedition goals.
Expeditions have physical and mental objectives. These can range from wellness/ retreat style programmes where we focus on yoga, meditation and workshop based activities, to intense and challenging objectives like trekking in the Himalayas, climbing mountains, riding horses in the Taiga and rafting down glacial rivers.
Our expedition experiences are what we are known for. We are excited to offer you diverse packages that suit a range of physical abilities and wellbeing goals. Get in touch if you have any questions regarding which expeditions are most suitable for you.
