Team building with Wellbeing Explorers

We will work together to create a bespoke programme that is tailored to your team’s needs. Emma has been leading corporate team building since 2011 for multinational companies (for example Google & Facebook), small family businesses and everything in between. Consequently, she is highly experienced at creating and delivering a programme that is dynamic, engaging and fun with learning outcomes and practical knowledge and discussion around how to implement learning into the workplace.

Note, If you have a group or organisation that is not corporate, we are able to offer similar itineraries towards a variety of outcomes. Contact us to discuss options.

Our large database of activities includes challenging and engaging activities designed to work on areas such as:

·         Trust work

·         Effective communication

·         Effective listening skills

·         Peer reviews

·         Delivering and accepting feedback

·         Problem solving

·         Ice breakers

·         Energisers

The activities can be set up or structured a variety of ways. Often we will have peer reviews and reflection, and Emma will lead extensive feedback and reflection sessions after the activity where the groups will discuss learning and how this can be translated into work and life. At the end of the day it is powerful to have peer reviews for individuals, these can be extremely effective for bonding and self-awareness. Team building activities, when run with the extensive review process, are more effective when the team works directly together and the activity becomes a reflection of real life. However, we can facilitate lighter objectives such as breaking the ice, or energising the team whereby we take a less systematic approach to reviews and reflection.

Our team building programmes are also effective when run alongside workshops, self-care days or adventure activities. If you have specific areas you wish your team to learn about, get in touch. Emma has a wide knowledge as a Wellbeing Specialist and from her Master’s degree in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, she can introduce up to date science and research to educate your teams on areas for their personal and professional development.

We work out of a variety of venues including the wilderness (expeditions). For smaller teams we can also come to your office and do everything onsite.
