Objectives

The objectives for this corporate workshop are to increase feelings of subjective engagement, energy, performance and wellbeing in work. We teach your team the up to date research on engagement, increasing vitality, how to manage their own wellbeing, increase their performance and be advocates for their health and happiness. Your teams will come away with action plans and goals for specific wellbeing outcomes, supported and facilitated by Wellbeing Specialist, Emma. Our aims are:

  • Learn from the latest research how to increase engagement in your work through awareness, intention and a values driven approach

  • Learn how to boost vitality, increase your health and stay energised in your life and working day

  • Learn wellbeing check in’s to raise awareness of your wellbeing

  • Release tension and increase energy through active exercises, movement and breathwork

  • Mindfulness and relaxation

  • Set intentions, goals and write an individual and team action plan for engagement and energy at work

Example itinerary 1

09.30 – 10.00: Welcome and refreshments

10.00 – 10.20: Energise! Get moving, get breathing, release tension and breathe. Activities and exercises aimed at building individual and team energy

10.20 – 11.15: Workshop session - explore the latest research on engagement in your work through awareness, intention and a values driven approach

11.15 – 11.30: Break

11.30 – 12.30: Workshop session – exploring individual engagement in work and individual and organisational values

12.30– 13.15: Lunch

13.15 – 14.00: Workshop session – explore the latest research on energy and vitality including mindfulness

14.00 – 15.00: Intention setting – Individual and team goals towards engagement and energy in work

15.00 – 15.15: Break

15.15 – 15.45: Release tension, relaxation, movement – staying physically energised at your desk. Wellbeing check in’s and mindfulness.

15.45 – 16.00: Review and close.

 This programme is suitable for teams from 5 – 50.
