The objectives for our ‘Self-care for Wellbeing Explorers Workshop’ are to are to learn about self-care and how you can increase engagement, energy, relaxation, reduce tension and find joy in your life. We learn how to take care of our multidimensional wellbeing by:

  • Learn wellbeing check in’s to raise awareness of your wellbeing

  • Learn how to use the multidimensional wellbeing model in your self-care

  • Release tension and relax in restorative yoga

  • Learn self-compassion techniques to help you support you in your self-care

  • Learn self-massage techniques to self-soothe and manage tension and pain

  • Learn meditations to focus your mind

  • Set intentions, formulate goals and action plan for your self-care

  • Share and learn self-care practices from others in group coaching sessions

 

Example itinerary

09.30 – 10.15: Welcome, refreshments, introductions and icebreakers

10.15 – 11.15: Hatha yoga session

11.15 – 11.30: Break

11.30 – 12.45: Workshop session 1 – Self-care and wellbeing. Learn strategies/activities e.g. wellbeing check in’s. Learn about the multdimensional model of wellbeing. Reflect on your self-care and how it manifests in your life.

12.45 – 13.30: Lunch*

13.30 – 14.15: Workshop session 2 – Learn self-massage techniques.

14.15 – 15.00: Workshop session 3 – Intention setting, formulate your goals and action plan for self-care.

15.00 – 15.15: Workshop session 4 – Self-reflection: Create your self-care mantra and reflect on your goals

15.15 – 15.30: Break

15.30 – 16.15: Meditation and restorative Yoga session

16.15 – 16.30: Review and close

*Please note lunch is not included in the price. We suggest you bring a packed lunch with you, due to limited time.
