COVID-19 - stay at home, but keep exploring online with us

Note on COVID-19:

Online: We are in unprecedented times as a global community. At Wellbeing Explorers we are respecting the advice for social distancing. Therefore, for the foreseeable future all our events will be run online. We are working hard to produce some high quality workshops to run over the next few weeks and months. We hope you will join us in exploring your wellbeing at this difficult time. It is in these times we need to take care of our mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing the most. You have permission to do some inner work! Use this opportunity!

Finances: Due to the financial position many of us find ourselves in, we will offer our workshops and courses at a reduced price and if you cannot afford to pay now - you can pay when you can, or offer a suggested donation. Communicate with us how we can support your wellbeing whilst ensuring you have what you need to survive financially the next while. We understand what you are going through, in the space of a day all my work was cancelled in outdoor education for the summer. It is a difficult and frightening situation. However, use this opportunity to your advantage and explore your wellbeing.

Supporting our front-line workers: We will be running FREE courses and classes for those of you at the front lines of dealing with the crisis. Whether you are a nurse, a doctor, a pharmacist, a cleaner, a food truck driver, a police-person…the world is indebted to you. You are going to work for us - we will stay at home for you. Thank you for your service. You are the real heroes. Let us show our support and honour the work you do to keep us safe and healthy. We can offer a supported space where you can come together to connect, or do some inner work to take care of your health and some yoga and breathing exercises to keep healthy and your immune system strong.

I look forward to connecting with you online and ensuring we are able to make this situation become about love and community, support and learning.

Yours in exploration,

Emma
